Gearboxes
Engineers of various disciplines, supported by experienced staff and artisans, work closely with both our raw material suppliers and customers to ensure that all products and services not only meet design specifications, but are engineered so as to provide for efficient manufacturing. Capabilities
We manufacture a variety of bevel helical and in-line gearboxes. We are the only South African company that manufactures each component in-house. This includes: Casings, Shafts, Gears. We manufacture Gearboxes ranging from 37Kw to 300Kw in all ratios.
Idlers
We design, manufacture and commission Idler frames and rolls according to strict SABS standards of approval and proudly hold the SABS certification for the following applications: SANS1313-1/SABS 1313-1:2002 & SANS 1313-2/SABS 1313-2: 1998. TO: Conveyor belt idlers. Part 1: Troughed belt conveyor idlers (metallic and non-metallic) for belt speed of up to 5,0m/s. Part 2: Link suspended idlers and fixed-form suspended idlers.
Pulleys
Our Design criteria always keeps customer specifications in mind and is in accordance with SABS and industrial standards. The criteria is also compliant with Anglo specifications. We offer in-house rubber and ceramic lagging on our pulleys. Our Design criteria always keeps customer specifications in mind and is in accordance with SABS and industrial standards. - Shrink Fit Locking Element pulley
- Solid Hub Pulley
- Grease filled Pulley
- Oil Filled pulley
Hydraulic Rock Breaker (Pecker)
We manufacture a variety of hydraulic Rock Breakers. They have the following features:
- Joy Stick Controlled
- Operated from a cubicle protecting the operator
Our Peckers range from 700 Joules of energy to 1500 Joules of energy
Feeders
We have manufactured 1000 Vibrating Feeders over the last 6 years, this includes:
- Inline Feeders
- Side-tip Feeders
The above is capable of feeding 1000 tons of product per hour. We also manufacture a robust Torro-tip feeder (for larger lump sizes)
